- Yrs. experience as Business Analyst, IT consulting
- enterprise project experience ranging in size from $1million+
- to define work processes and lead team members in successful implementations
- to influence change across both team and leadership levels through relationship building and collaboration
- general understanding of hardware/software platforms including but not limited to operating systems, databases, application servers, web servers and integration technologies
- in process optimization, improvement, and/or process automation is required
- demonstrated track record of successfully working on large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives
- in IT process optimization, improvement, and/or process automation is required
