    Integrator Analyst at RBC


    What is the Opportunity?

    In this role, you will take the lead alongside senior bankers in originating, syndicating, and executing investment-grade debt transactions for the Financial Institutions Group. Furthermore, you'll collaborate closely with various product groups within fixed income and investment banking.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop strong relationships with syndicate, sales, Corporate Banking, and Investment Banking to supply information for internal and external use
    • Aid senior officers in preparing client market updates and pitch materials, providing coverage support for desk officers
    • Manage and synthesize investment-grade bond issuance data into client-friendly content
    • Assist in new issue executions, manage internal processes and approvals, and prepare post-mortem materials for clients
    • Prepare and provide pricing information for clients, collaborate with traders on market themes, and assist with special projects
    • Participate actively in direct client requests, recurring projects, and deal documentation
    • Analyze data on price, yield, trends, and economic influences affecting fixed income securities
    • Utilize Bloomberg, Excel, and PowerPoint to interpret and present data visually
    • Collaborate on deal documentation and projects with legal and accounting professionals

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • 1-2 years of debt capital markets experience, preferably in the FIG sector
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
    • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math or related field
    • Series 7, 63, 79, SIE certifications are a plus

    Additional Requirements:

    • Experience with Bloomberg for bond valuation and peer analysis
    • Knowledge of capital markets, particularly investment grade and FIG markets

    The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience, skills, and market conditions. This salary excludes bonuses and benefits such as a 401(k) program, insurance, and paid time off.
