- Design, develop, and implement advanced LLM models for legal text analysis.
- Collaborate with legal teams, engineers, and product managers to integrate GenAI and NLP in legal document analysis and contract management.
- Build legal data collection, processing, and integration pipelines for GenAI model training and fine-tuning.
- Develop LLM-based model evaluation methods, including manual annotation and authoritative legal content analysis.
- Conduct experiments to assess LLM model performance and identify improvement areas.
- Analyze LLM model results to derive actionable insights for contract-related decisions.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of LLM models focusing on legal accuracy, fairness, compliance, and robustness.
- Maintain data quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, presenting complex findings in a clear, understandable manner.
- Document work for audit and compliance, and present findings to senior leadership.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or related field.
- Experience in NLP, ideally in legal NLP.
- Deep understanding of deep learning models, especially autoregressive text models.
- Proficiency in GenAI text-relevant programming languages, such as Python.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising between technical teams and experts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
