    Senior Embedded Software Engineer Job Location:
    HYBRID - Lake Forrest, CA (2-3 days onsite)

    Salary:
    $140K-170K + 10% annual performance bonus Requirements: 5+ years experience with embedded Linux platforms. Proficiency in C/C++ and Python

    We have successfully led the industry with innovative technologies and we're looking for a Sr. Embedded Software Engineering to join our team.
    What You Will Be Doing- Contribute as an embedded software developer for IoT Edge Devices and Cloud Components- Responsible for embedded systems development from conception through production;
    including requirements definition, algorithm development, firmware design, coding, test, debug
    and release

    • Develop new systems utilizing embedded Linux platforms
    • Develop embedded firmware for use in low power wireless communications and control
    • Design and implement optimized RF communications protocols
    • Develop new firmware applications for multiple products and optimize existing firmwareWhat You Need for this PositionRequired:
    • 5+ years experience with embedded Linux development and platforms (custom uboot, kernel, rootfs (BSP)
    • Highly proficient in embedded Linux development
    • Extremely proficient with C, C++, Python
    • Knowledge and experience with wireless systems and protocols
    • Experience using Jira & Bitbucket/Git
    • Low power systems design and development
    • IoT product development
    • Completed Bachelor's Degree (BSEE, MSEE, BSCS, or MSCS)What's In It for You
