- Provide specialized instruction and support to students with mild to moderate learning needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students on caseload
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success and progress
- Serve as a case manager for students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Utilize SEIS (Special Education Information System) experience to manage student data and documentation effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
- California Special Education credential or eligibility for certification
- Experience working as a solo RSP teacher in a mild/moderate setting
- Proficiency in case management and SEIS experience preferred
- Strong understanding of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Weekly pay to ensure financial stability
