On behalf of a senior care facility in Weißenhorn, we are looking for you as a facility manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


YOUR TASKS:


  • Responsibility for the management and organization of the senior care facility
  • Personnel management, including personnel planning, leadership, and development
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and quality standards in nursing
  • Promoting a positive work atmosphere and collaboration among employees
  • Ensuring the satisfaction and wellbeing of residents
  • Promoting activities and programs that support the mental and physical wellbeing of residents
  • Managing the finances and budgets of the senior care facility

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You meet the professional requirements according to §2 HeimPersV
  • Further training as a facility manager or comparable qualification
  • At least two years of professional experience in a senior care facility or similar institution
  • Knowledge of nursing law and
