Description

To strengthen our team at our location in Wüstenbrand, we are looking for a reliable and competent employee (m/f/d) with a dedicated and team-oriented personality.

Your tasks:

Independent processing of all purchasing tasks with a focus on obtaining and comparing offers and ordering production materials as well as auxiliary and operating materials
Disposition of materials in coordination with our sales department and production planning
Ensuring material requirements
Control of inventory levels, influence on minimization and participation in inventories
Participation in price negotiations
Proposals and implementation of measures for technical and technological development
Transport optimization for deliveries of ordered materials with the goal of cost savings
Control of delivery notes for deadlines and quantities
Control of supplier invoices for accuracy

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training or completed business administration studies also suitable for entrylevel candidates
Industry knowledge in the field of printing or packaging sector desirable
Experience in purchasing, disposition, market observation, and data analysis
Independent, conscientious, and responsible way of working, entrepreneurial thinking
Assertiveness, reliability, organizational and teamwork skills, as well as willingness to learn
Affinity for numbers as well as communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in working with ERP systems and MS Office
