    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director experience in proposal generation to join our team. You will be responsible for the overall management of our marketing department within the Architectural and Engineering industry.

    You will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to elevate our brand identity, increase our market presence, and drive revenue growth.

    The Marketing Director will oversee all aspects of our marketing operations, including lead generation, copywriting, campaign management, and digital media.

    Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
    Oversee all marketing operations, ensuring the marketing team effectively fulfills the organization's marketing strategy.
    Manage the creation, delivery, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
    Lead and develop the in-house marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    Manage the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
    Report marketing results to senior executives and adjust strategies as needed.
    Develop and manage the marketing budget.
    Collaborate with other departments to integrate marketing strategies across the company.
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level marketing position, in the Engineering, Architecture and/or Construction industries.
    Proficiency in lead generation, copywriting, campaign management, and digital media.
    Proficient in digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
    Demonstrated ability to drive marketing strategy and translate business objectives into marketing plans.
