Your exceptional relationship-building skills, technical knowledge, and ability to understand client needs will be vital in providing exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AV technologies and contribute to the success of our organization.Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the AV industry, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and technical support, to develop and execute account strategies and ensure successful project implementation.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and address any concerns or issues.Stay up to date with industry trends, new AV technologies, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products and services.
Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our AV solutions.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring profitability while maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, technical assistance, and ongoing customer service.
