We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused AV Account Manager to join our team.

As an AV Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts in the audiovisual (AV) industry.

Your exceptional relationship-building skills, technical knowledge, and ability to understand client needs will be vital in providing exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the AV industry, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.

Understand client needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to meet their AV requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and technical support, to develop and execute account strategies and ensure successful project implementation.

Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify opportunities for growth, and address any concerns or issues.

Stay up to date with industry trends, new AV technologies, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products and services.

Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our AV solutions.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring profitability while maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, technical assistance, and ongoing customer service.
