- Developing, maintaining, and executing Account Plans for all accounts within an assigned territory;
- Developing and maintaining constructive and collaborative working relationships with both prospective and existing clients - striving to earn, establish, and cultivate a true trusted advisor status;
- Qualification of specific opportunities and leading the discussion of related bid/no-bid recommendations, development of capture strategies and win themes, and ultimately serving as the capture manager for opportunities being pursued;
- Working with various strategic business partners and opportunity-specific teaming partners in the joint development and pursuit of business;
- Working collaboratively with various teams, groups, and individuals within RedMane in the development of various strategies, markets, offerings, and initiatives - with the objective of positively contributing the growth and success of fellow colleagues, business units, and the company as a whole.

- The pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. A reasonable estimate of the current range includes base pay + commission of $150,000/year to $275,000/year.

The Role
RedMane has a full-time opportunity for an experienced Account Executive as we continue to expand and diversify our U.S. Public Sector practice. The Account Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and leading the successful capture of business opportunities ranging from quick implementations of packaged solutions with recurring revenue tails to larger multiyear, multi-million-dollar projects.
