We are actively seeking a Project Manager Site/Earthwork in Pensacola Florida for a General Contractor. To coordinate operations and oversee workers at various construction sites in Southwest Florida. The candidate should have a solid background in the field. Extensive leadership skills and experience with the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. Honesty, integrity, hardworking and dependable Foreman/Superintendent.
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in various construction projects.
We are looking for PM's that have general contractor project management experience. Commercial construction management. Also civil/ site and utility project managers. Site and utility meaning major excavation, FDOT work, underground utilities such as storm, water main, fire main, sewer, lift stations.
Responsibilities:
•Perform a variety of duties which may often change.
•Work within standards of accuracy.
•Must be able to stand or walk for long periods.
•Use arms and hands to reach for, handle and manipulate objects.
•Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, climb up and down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
•Carry tools and equipment.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, documents, instructions, and procedure manuals.
•Routine report writing.
•Effective communication skills vital.
