Our client is a global provider of customized and turnkey solutions for interior design on all types of ships.

Their diverse portfolio includes all services related to interior construction, including consulting, engineering, design, planning, implementation, and production for new builds, renovations, and repairs.

In cooperation with MTC & EXECUTIVE SEARCH GmbH, we are currently seeking a full-time Project Manager for Interior Construction/Insulation (m/f/d) for our client's location in Hamburg.

Responsibilities:

Preparation and execution of project analyses and creation of project cost estimates
Management of project teams and subcontractors, as well as onsite project supervision
Preparation of proposals and negotiation
Control of deadlines and cost monitoring, as well as change management
Coordination of all necessary services from inhouse departments such as construction, procurement, work preparation, and production
Supervision and management of construction sites
Ship inspections and quality control
Point of contact for clients

Qualifications:

Successfully completed degree in business engineering, shipbuilding, loading and interior design (master carpenter/wood technician (m/f/d)), or training as a master/technician (m/f/d)
Experience in ship interior construction is desirable
Experience in managing investment projects and coordinating distributed project teams, as well as external, globally distributed service providers is desirable
