Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) to join our team at our district headquarters in Dortmund
as soon as possible.


Job Description:


  • You will be part of the recruitment team and work closely with the team for personnel development
  • In the team, you will support the department head in advising managers on personnel recruitment
  • You will continuously improve processes, structures, and tools in the team, particularly in terms of standardization, digitization, and service orientation
  • You will develop recruiting strategies with the team and serve as a contact person for all relevant recruiting topics
  • Together with your colleagues, you will manage the operational application process from posting to onboarding

Requirements:


  • A degree in business administration with a focus on personnel or a comparable education with further training in the field
