    New opportunity to join our growing company and become part of the operations team. PowerPay offers a great working environment (state of the art technology, spacious up to date office, full stocked kitchen, fun areas - ping pong table, corn hole, soccer and more) and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the organization.

    PowerPay is in search of a Client Account Representative (CAR) due to increased organization growth. These is an entry level position in which you will work closely with our customer operations and sales team to ensure we are delivering a positive client experience. Our aspirations are high and with your expertise you can help take our business to the next level.

    Local employees (King of Prussia, PA HQ) are currently working a hybrid work schedule (M/F remote & T/W/Th in office).

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
    • Inbound and outbound calls to address customers' questions about products and services
    • Communicating with customers through various channels
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients
    Qualifications

    • Strong computer, phone and active listening skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good business acumen
    • Desire to work hard and enjoys a challenge
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    • Bachelor's degree desired
    • Previous experience in loan or mortgage industry helpful
