What the Account Representative does:


  • Collect information from customers directly and qualify them for services that meet their individual needs
  • Explain services accurately, follow up with customers to ensure you are meeting their needs, and collect all documentation needed to close sales and upsell services
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to customers as questions or concerns arise
  • Accurately input, update, and review customer account information in our system is accurate
  • Empathize with customers' concerns and find satisfactory resolutions to any complaints that may arise
  • Attend daily meetings alongside fellow Account Representatives to sharpen customer service skills and ensure a thorough understanding of sales targets

What we are looking for in an Account Representative:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a relevant customerfacing role
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about sales, with a genuine interest in building a successful career in sales and contributing to the growth of the company
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to empathize with customers
  • Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Thrives in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Pay:
$47, $60,000.00 per year


Compensation package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
