We are actively hiring a top-tier communications guru to join our team as an Account Sales Representative.

This role is an integral component to our team and is a front-facing position that will work directly with prospective customers on a daily basis.


The Account Sales Representative will be responsible for...

  • Meeting with existing and potential customers on behalf of our client to provide product and service information, answer questions and assist in the sales process
  • Leading exciting and thorough product presentations by using consultative skills to determine an individual's need and deliver tailored wireless solutions
  • Cultivating and maintain positive relationships with all customers to increase opportunities for upselling and referrals
  • Providing information regarding wireless products and solutions to customers
  • Handling customer questions and concerns with the utmost confidence, professionalism and respect
  • Keeping detailed records of all interactions and escalate any issues to the appropriate department and manager

  • Has some experience in a customer service, sales, or applicable clientfacing position

Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per year
