- Ensure accurate dealer order estimations feeding into the SIOP supported by rigorous analytics and close collaboration with internal teams.
- Oversee system and process improvements in partnership with the Polaris IT team to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Manage new product launch allocations, ongoing dealer order accuracy, and strategic alignment.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools such as Alteryx and Blue Yonder to optimize operational processes and data accuracy.
- Direct initiatives related to wholesale operations and maintain robust communication channels for model launches and order visibility with the dealer network.
