    As we scale our public sector events program and expand our marketing initiatives, we are seeking a versatile Marketing & Event Coordinator to bring administrative and operational focus to our marketing team. This role will primarily focus on organizing trade shows, conferences, expos, and hosted events while also supporting broader marketing efforts.

    Role Responsibilities - How You Will Make an Impact

    • Support day-to-day operations of events, including (but not limited to): coordinate end-to-end workflow for programs, manage event calendaring for the team, oversee logistics and shipping, keep trackers and reports up-to-date, etc.
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, contributing to content creation, social media engagement, email marketing, and other promotional activities
    • Act as air traffic control for major cross-functional tasks, managing action items and following up with key stakeholders
    • Manage systems and reporting for production trackers, event plans, and event communications
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for branded goods, event collateral, check-in materials, etc.
    • Assist in market research efforts, gathering data and synthesizing findings into actionable insights for the marketing team
    • Work on data cleanliness alongside the Business Development and Marketing Operations team

    • Flexibility to travel (<15%) to support events onsite as needed
    • Bonus: Figma or Adobe Creative experience
    The annual cash compensation range for this position is US $65,000 to US$80,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.

    Primer works closely with the U.S. defense and intelligence establishment.
