- Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times.
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
- Perform Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.
- Perform conveyor lubrication and inspection tasks.
- Lubrication and inspection of all machinery and packaging equipment.
- Perform bearing, conveyance, and line condition reporting.
- Oil room storage cleaning and maintenance.
- Keep tools and work area clean and sanitary.
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
- Assist Production Maintenance Technicians as needed.
- Maintain Lubrication logs.
- Enter data into Maintenance CMMS software.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere and interaction with customers, co-workers, and management.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Work scheduled shift, weekends, and extended hours as required.
- Regular and punctual attendance.
- To perform this job successfully, must be able to perform each fundamental task listed above satisfactorily.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Position Overview: The Lubrication Technician's (Lube Tech) role is to follow a preventive maintenance schedule on a daily basis and may include the inspection of all plant equipment's bearings, gearboxes, and other equipment to ensure proper operation, maintain lubrication intervals and exact lubrication quantities, and may include monthly checks of fluid levels, oil sampling, and wear prevention. Assists in the repair of machinery, and equipment, by performing the following duties.
Language Skills: English proficiency required. Spanish is a plus.
