- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Dining Services budget.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure that the kitchen environment and the dining areas are all properly maintained, clean and safe.
- Work alongside your team to prepare meals.
- Collaborate with other departments to support the marketing and public relations of the community.
- Participate and serve on special projects and assignments in support of other Brightview communities.
- You have a passion for the culinary field and formalized culinary training.
- You bring at least 2 years of Food Service Management experience to the table.
- Managing a diverse team is fun for you because you love building relationships.
- Customer service comes naturally to you and you especially love working with seniors.

Overview:The Dining Services Director at a Brightview community serves as a champion and coach to our team of dining associates, and an advocate to our residents with a goal of effectively managing the day to day dining services operation, but also by ensuring that our current and future residents are delivered exceptional service, delicious food, and interesting and exciting dining options.
Responsibilities:In this role, you will build, develop and manage all of the communitys Dining associates, and will work to establish a communication plan which includes our team, the residents, the family members and our guests with the goal of ensuring that we are delivering excellent care and nutrition to our residents.
