- Practical experience using Learning theories, Instructional Design, interactive training and learning design, and e-learning design principles.
- Experience working and communicating effectively in a cross-functional environment with multiple levels of management and subject matter experts.

Dynamic organizational healthcare leader with experience in instructional design, program development, LEAN, and professional development coaching to work with leaders to develop themselves, their teams and manage the business of the healthcare organization to foster the mission and vision of the organization.
Organizational Development Specialist will work as part of a collaborative team in a highly matrixed organization to meet the strategic priorities of the organization.
Responsible for training a diverse population within the healthcare industry. Maintaining data quality review and follow up remediation.Responsible for advancing the vision of Albany Med by conducting learning & development activities which accelerate performance and productivity promote employee engagement, and contribute to the retention of talent.
