    Child Care Teacher

    Bright Horizons at USAA is now hiring in Tampa, FL

    Full-time positions now available with:

    • Infants from 8:15AM-5:15PM
    • We offer competitive pay ranging from $ /hrbased upon education and experience.
    • We are offering a $1000 hiring incentive to be paid out after 60 days of employment expiring 7/31/24* hiring eligibilities required.
    • PREFERRED: DCF 45hours/Exams completed (contingent upon state residency and time in field)
    • REQUIRED: CDA completed

    As a Child Care Teacher, you will:

    • Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children's interests and needs.
    • Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child's day.
    • Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

    Requirements:

    Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

    • Must meet state requirements for Teacher and additional center/school requirements may apply.
    • High School diploma/GED required. Related college-level course work.
    • CDA REQUIRED.
    • Working towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

    Compensation Range: $ $21.05 / hr
