    About The Role:

    We're looking for an experienced Partner & Field Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and help bring our name, story, and product to the world's largest brands across the eCommerce and retail landscape In this role, you'll work alongside the most talented team in the business and report directly to our Director of Demand Generation.

    Our Partner & Field Marketing Manager is a multifaceted role responsible for defining and executing high-impact event marketing strategies and partnership marketing plays to engage, educate, and delight both prospects and partners to maximize brand reach and build pipeline. We're looking for someone who can quickly understand the eCommerce event and partnership landscape and utilize that knowledge to design and orchestrate highly effective campaigns, activate powerful co-marketing opportunities, and lead coordination and execution of high-reach digital and in-person events for prospects and partners alike. This person should be action-oriented and able to organize internal and external stakeholders to drive results. They should have direct experience marketing to and marketing with partners and a proven history of successful digital and in-person event ownership and execution.

    What You Will Do:

    • Shape the strategic direction for field and partner marketing, planning and activating a central event calendar and partner campaigns to drive awareness and build pipeline with high-quality opportunities.
    • Organize digital and in-person events that bring customers, partners, and prospective customers together, educate them on industry best practices, and position Ordergroove as a thought leader.
    • Identify tech partners, agencies, and system integrators who are a good fit for co-marketing and develop a strategy that builds awareness and demand through co-marketed events, webinars, and content.
    • Work with the partner and marketing team to develop materials and outreach campaigns that engage partners, educate them on Ordergroove, and turn them into advocates, driving partner referrals.
    • Monitor, track, and report on campaign success metrics to measure the performance of your marketing programs and investments and optimize based on analysis.
    • Communicate with internal teams (including marketing, sales, sdr, partner, and customer success) and external partners to ensure event and campaign tactics support or exceed goals.

    About You:

    • 3-5 years of B2B field and partner marketing experience, with a deep understanding of various marketing channels and a track record of successful event activations
    • Demonstrated track record of success with engaging partners to deepen partner relationships through marketing campaigns and delivering impactful co-marketing assets.
    • A passion for understanding prospect and partner needs and building messaging that stands out and resonates
    • Curiosity with testing new strategies and channels, looking to iterate and optimize based on quantitative and qualitative inputs
    • Excellent project management acumen, with the ability to balance multiple work streams and stakeholders both internally and externally
    • Balances creative, big-picture thinking with deductive abilities to push performance and results
    • Highly collaborative with marketing, sales, sdr, partner, customer success, content, and demand generation teams
    • Solid understanding of the ecommerce market and supporting technology and agency landscape

    The pay transparency law is a way of narrowing the gender pay gap and fostering an engaged and positive working environment. It is also a way to share what we think is a reasonable, equitable and competitive compensation structure for the roles on our team.

    The total compensation range for this role is between $110,000 and $135,000.
