Your responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and expanding personal customer base through phone calls and onsite meetings according to our individual sales concept
  • Consulting clients on our services and possibilities
  • Building longterm relationships with key clients
  • Identifying, hiring and supporting external colleagues in client assignments

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed education with work experience or completed studies
  • Career changers (m/f/d) are welcome
  • Business knowledge is desirable
  • Sales affinity and drive to make progress
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
  • Ideally, some experience in staffing or other service sales
