We are currently looking for a *Sachbearbeitung Grundbesitzabgaben, Stadtreinigung und Abfallmanagement* (Property Tax, City Cleaning, and Waste Management) employee for our Department 2 | Finance, to start as soon as possible.


Your tasks and challenges

  • Determination, assessment, and collection of property tax
  • Determination, assessment, and collection of dog tax
  • Determination, assessment, and collection of all sewage fees
  • Determination, assessment, and collection of water maintenance fees
  • Street cleaning and winter service (fee assessment, fee calculation, tendering of cleaning and winter services)
  • Waste management and city cleaning (determination, assessment, and collection of waste fees, fee calculation, registration, cancellation, and change of waste containers)
  • Issuance and amendment of regulations, handling of objections and legal proceedings

Your talents and skills

  • Completed vocational training as a *Verwaltungsfachangestellte*r* or *Verwaltungslehrgang I* (Administrative Assistant or Administrative Training)
  • Proficient in legal application, able to work independently and take
