    • Explore untapped business prospects, employing a keen eye for emerging opportunities
    • Identify clients' pains and priorities to craft a responsive scope of work and budget, and collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling narratives and comprehensive proposals that apply uniquely to each client
    • Collaborate with internal teams, i.e. sales, marketing and curatorial, to optimize the sales process.
    • Incorporate diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility (DEIBA) goals into your work and annual performance goals, and demonstrate the values outlined in our paper, The Art of Representation.

This role reports to the Director of Business Development Jackie Fraser, and can work remotely from any of the following metro areas: Houston, Dallas, or Austin, TX. Our beautiful headquarters, an open and art-filled office in Denver, is available for workspace or meetings.

    • Organization and Analysis: Collaborates effectively with the curatorial and marketing team to deliver strong client-facing materials utilizing our current systems and processes, including building accurate budgets and proposals for clients.
    • Stability: Maintains stable performance when under pressure or stress.
    • Passion: Passionate about the power of placemaking and art in the built environment.
