    Description

    Job Title: Consumer & Market Insights Research Contractor

    Location: Remote in the following states: CA, TX, WA, MN, NJ, UT, PA

    6-Month Contract, potential to extend

    Pay Rate: Up to $69/ HR

    Join the team at our leading rideshare client, where they're dedicated to revolutionizing transportation experiences across the globe. The Research Team plays a pivotal role in shaping strategies and innovations that directly impact customers' journeys.

    Position Overview:

    As a Consumer & Market Insights Research Contractor, you'll lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives focused on understanding our riders deeply. Collaborating with Product Marketing and Data Science teams, you'll deliver actionable insights that drive impactful decisions and enhance the overall rider experience.

    Technical Requirements:

    • 5+ years of primary research experience, preferably within market research or related fields.
    • Experience working with Data Science to integrate behavioral and attitudinal data for comprehensive insights.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics), and statistical software (e.g., SPSS or R).
    • Expertise in qualitative (e.g., focus groups, diary studies) and quantitative (e.g., customer satisfaction, concept testing) research methodologies.
    • Ability to design, execute, and present research projects with clear and compelling narratives.
    • Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey insights effectively.
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

    Note: SQL proficiency is a plus but not mandatory for the start of this role.
