Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development of domestic super mini series in the United States, including content planning, outlining, script development, and related processes such as content selection and evaluation, original or adapted planning, script coordination, proofreading, and communication.
2. Research market trends and audience feedback, learn about popular stories and short dramas in the market, develop and adjust creative content for different target audiences based on data and market feedback.
3. Select potential IP resources, use AI technology for creative development and interact with tools like GPT 4.0 to produce high-quality script outlines, summarize the entire plot structure, clarify the story's development clues and key plot points, and provide guidance and framework for script creation.
4. Guide screenwriters in script refinement and content adjustment, identify editing needs for potential works, analyze issues, adjust pacing, conflicting scenes, chapter breakpoints, etc., to achieve improved conversion effects.
5. Track shooting (as needed), coordinate casting and preparation work before shooting and track shooting and post-production work.
6. Provide constructive feedback on completed short drams, including plot logic, character development, pacing control, etc.
Requirements:
1. Majors in literature, film and television screenwriting, film and television media, etc. are preferred.
2. Have 1-3 years of work experience and knowledge in the field of film, television, and short drama content creative planning, experience in film and video platforms is preferred, priority given to those with film and television works (especially short dramas) and adaptation experience.
3. Rich contacts and resources in the US film and television production industry are preferred.
4. Passionate about content industry, has profound literary background and cultural literacy, has keen market insight and a high degree of business acumen, has in-depth understanding and research in interactive reading games, romantic novels, online literature, etc., and deeply understands audience preferences and needs.
5. Has extensive knowledge and familiarity with European and American mainstream cultures, is familiar with the North American market demand, business models of streaming and social media companies, has in-depth understanding and judgement of the internet and TV series industry, possesses industry insight and dialogue ability, and researches and thinks about the commercialization channels of TV series.
6. Understands the application and development trends of AI technology, can use AI technology such as GPT 4.0 for content planning and creation, and improve the quality of micro-short dramas.
7. Has good communication and creative thinking skills, can effectively guide screenwriters to improve scripts and enhance content quality and commercial value.
8. Has good cross-cultural communication and teamwork spirit, can collaborate with team members to complete the entire project's development and production.
