Vikas Badami

I’m Vikas Badami, an entrepreneurial strategist and consultant specializing in gamification-driven business transformations and leadership development. Currently pursuing an MBA at Olin Business School (Washington University), I blend a strong foundation in technology, AI, and product innovation with deep experience in driving organizational change through behavioral design and strategic partnerships.

As the founder and CEO of PeopleGamez, I have led end-to-end consulting and simulation projects that have upskilled over 40,000 executives across seven countries, enabling clients like Amazon, SHRM, and Genpact to accelerate go-to-market strategies and embed lasting cultural change. By forging strategic alliances with national workforce and higher-education agencies, I helped scale institutional partnerships from a few hundred to over 3,000 colleges, tripling outreach and enabling sustainable pipeline growth.

My experience extends to crafting data-driven solutions that uncover unmet user needs and market gaps — such as helping fintech startup Jugad pivot their VC-backed roadmap to a stronger product-market fit by identifying behavioral patterns and competitor weaknesses, resulting in accelerated user adoption and investor confidence.

During my postgraduate studies at Plaksha University and collaborative innovation programs at UC Berkeley, I pioneered an AI-based Scrum management tool that improved project efficiency and stakeholder alignment, and led international roundtables to shape AI’s role in innovation ecosystems.
