I’ve led cross-departmental initiatives for El Paso County and the City of Colorado Springs, managed large-scale projects in manufacturing and logistics, and now serve as Founder of Managed Chaos Innovations — where I develop gamified frameworks, workshops, and digital tools that strengthen alignment between people, process, and strategy. My background spans consulting, program leadership, instructional design, and culture transformation, with a focus on helping organizations turn complexity into clarity and innovation into measurable results.
Education
I hold an MBA in Operations Management from American InterContinental University and a Lean Black Belt certification from Denver Peak Academy. My education blends business strategy, process improvement, and organizational leadership, complemented by a Lean Manufacturing certification from Rochester Institute of Technology. I am also pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science at Colorado Technical University to deepen my understanding of digital transformation and data-driven innovation.
