About Teresa Roberts:

I've been in my current quality assurance position for a little more than 6 years. Quality related jobs come naturally to me. I'm very detail oriented and organized, I love problem solving and analyzing things. I love learning new things. I'm currently looking to find a remote position so that I can be at home with my children more.

Experience

In my current position I conduct very detailed inspections of the final product, as well as hourly quality checks throughout the facility. I document the findings in both the company's application and handwritten logs. I create new documents as needed and make any changes to current company documents pertaining to quality. I provide training on company quality specifications to all new employees and offer guidance to existing employees requiring assistance. Quarterly inventory of all products is my responsibility. 

Education

I have no formal education in quality, just experience. I'm a fast learner and I love pushing myself to learn new things.
