This position is based at our Northshore location (2077 Town Center Blvd Knoxville, TN This position is hybrid/remote (in the office 1-2 days/week). The Quality Assurance and Control Lending Specialist is an integral member of ORNL Federal Credit Union's lending quality and control team. This position completes the required and necessary reviews and report reviews across all lines of ORNL FCU Lending: Real Estate, Consumer And Commercial Lending.The Quality Assurance And Control Lending Specialist Is Member Experience-Focused, Stays Abreast Of Industry Trends And Opportunities And Leverages Knowledge To Suggest Improvements To Existing Policies, Procedures, Products And Processes To Ensure The Credit Union Maintains Its Position As A Market Leader.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is Detail-Oriented With Strong Analytical Skills That Can Work Independently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
