My background includes eighteen years’ valuable experience mostly in the wine industry. I have worked all aspects of a winery; from tasting room to production to office administration. Most recently as an Assistant OPs Manager for a wine shipping warehouse. I bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel and database software. 

Experienced, self-motivated, versatile, flexible individual with over eighteen years’ valuable experience in the wine industry, office administration and management. Results oriented with a passion to achieve goals.
 

ASST. OPERATIONS MANAGER:
Supervised up to 80 staff members and 3 shift Supervisors. Shipped wine throughout the United States. Accountable for personnel, supplies, scheduling, HR duties, daily shipping plan, reviews, hiring full time staff and temps, warehouse deliveries, oversee daily operations.
ADMINISTRATOR
Performed general administrative duties including; answering all in- coming phone calls, directing phone calls, taking messages, and helping with all aspects of a wine club (from phone calls to data base maintenance). Filing, mailing, shipping, coordinating the dinner series, booking reservations, ordering all office supplies, created reports, entered pricing, database upkeep, spreadsheets. Entered and maintained customer information in a database: winery software system.
