I have 20 years of US Navy Intelligence operations, with the personnel security experience of recruiting, and eight years of law enforcement, detail protection, and access control operations experience with the United States Secret Service (USSS).  This gives me unique skills in military, law enforcement, and high-security environments. 

I have well over two decades of combined experience in top secret operational environments.  I have managed Top Secret equipment and documentation, sensitive PII and classified documents pertaining to security background investigations, suspected criminal investigations, and supervised Top-Secret military Intelligence operations.

Extensive experience in personnel security management, suitability determinations, and background investigation.  Managed automated security systems, electronic Questions for Investigation Processing (e-QIP), and Personal Identity Verification (PIV) systems.  Processed personnel security paperwork, reviewed security clearance applications, and handled adverse information in accordance with federal regulations.  Prepared detailed security reports, case summaries and processed notices of adverse actions that determined security clearance decision-making processes. 

Conducted protective details, physically secured facilities, and remote site security operations. Ensured the safety of presidential protectees, visiting dignitaries, USSS personnel, property, and equipment. Conducted access control operations and issued credentials to employees and contractors to multiple USSS sites. 

My eight years of law enforcement, detail protection, and access control training and experience with the Secret Service, qualifies me for the facility protection operations requirements.  My 20 years US Navy Intelligence and the personnel security experience of recruiting give me unique training and experience.  I have well over two decades of combined experience in top secret operational environments.  I have handling equipment, sensitive PII and classified documents pertaining to security background investigation, suspected criminal investigations, and Top-Secret military Intelligence operations.
