Prepared transfer/DO’s of ownership, handled owner relations issues, maintained Division Order Interest decks, obtained recorded probate and trust documents, affidavits of heirship, name/address change request, resolve royalty owner inquiries including revenue discrepancies, verified well/unit interest calculations, cured title defects, and assisted with special projects as needed.
