Hi! My name is Talia Obst and I have a background in inside sales, with heavy cold calling, prospecting, and retention experience. I am goal oriented and very self motivated, aiming to be 1% better each day. I am currently located in Philadelphia, PA and am looking for a new role!

I have a background in inside sales. I am licensed in health insurance, and my past roles have been B2C over the phone sales- prospecting, managing a book of business and building my pipeline. I consistently ranked top 10 out of 200+ agents monthly; led a team as Sales Manager after 6 months, overseeing up to 19 agents. I managed team schedules, payroll, and performance metrics, optimizing team efficiency and sales outcomes.I also trained new agents in sales techniques, program knowledge, and effective communication strategies.

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
