Across every role I’ve had, whether as a Fortune 100 executive, a consulting partner, or an advisor to a startup, my focus has been consistent: helping teams solve real problems in ways that actually work. I bring a human-centered, consultative approach grounded in strategic thinking, operational depth, and a practical understanding of how to build for impact.

Lately, that focus has taken on new meaning.

I now advise Wisdom, an AgeTech company rethinking how we support aging at home. This work is both professional and personal. I grew up in a home where caring for older family members was part of daily life. Years later, helping my mom stay in her home made it clear just how fragmented and outdated our systems still are. What should be a time of connection and dignity is too often filled with stress and uncertainty. That experience continues to shape how I think about service, technology, and what people actually need.

Wisdom’s vision immediately resonated: a smart home system designed for older adults, trusted by families, and ready for care partners. With ambient sensors and thoughtful design, we’re building safer, more supportive environments without asking people to change how they live.

From my early days at AT&T Bell Labs to leading enterprise-wide transformations in telecom and consulting, I’ve always been drawn to work that bridges strategy and service. I’m especially interested in opportunities at the intersection of care and technology where we’re not just designing better tools but delivering real solutions for real people.

Today, I advise Wisdom, an AI-powered startup redefining how we age at home. I partner closely with the founder and executive team to design customer success strategies, bridge execution across teams, and keep the user voice central to how the business grows—work that’s both professional and deeply personal, shaped by my own caregiving journey.
