Susan Buss

I am relocating to Manitowoc in June of 2025. I am passionate about visual art and sharing that knowledge with all ages. I have 20 years in art education and 10 years in the service industry. Professional weaver with a studio practice. Member of a Gallery in Land O' Lakes, WI. I have worked for non-profits in the arts, as a board member of Wisconsin Handweavers INC, Riverwest Artist Association, and National Art Education Association. 

I am a fine art studio major and uphold a studio practice. I have been teaching visual arts through a variety of ways, internships, residencies, and classrooms for over two decades. I have worked for non-profits and resided on their boards. I have also worked in the service industry and enjoy hospitality. I have curated exhibits in a non-profit gallery. I organized an annual artwalk each year for five years. I organized children's art programming, classes and workshops. 

I am currently in graduate school at the University of Florida. I have been working full time in tandem with the courses.
