In my role as Co-Lead and Managing Director at CRA Inc. Admired Leadership, I specialize in talent selection, assessments, and succession planning. My expertise lies in creating innovative, data-driven HR strategies that enhance leadership effectiveness, foster diversity, and drive measurable business results.
