Experience

Manage the accounts of clients that are hosting and planning events at The Willard Intercontinental. Reach out to clients that have reservations for events at the hotel.  Assist with the clients on future and currents events they have planned. Send over quote orders of audio and video equipment needed for their events. Make sure that all equipment is available for clients. Help out with the team to make sure all the other departments were able to perform their tasks to set rooms with equipment as well.

High school diploma. Completed 2 semesters of college and received my A+ certification in 2014.
