Andrew Waterhouse

In the field of biology, I have had the pleasure of working as an Animal Care intern at the ECHO Center for Lake Champlain. This entailed many levels of upkeep from feeding the animals, cleaning their tanks, noting differences in their behaviors as they arise. It also involved checking pH and salinity levels to ensure animals are living in a healthy environment. I also made a few presentations that were given to families exploring the center. After this experience, I found myself wanting to explore the field of early childhood education and did so for a few years. 

For the past two years, I have been working on and off as a composer and sound designer making games and podcasts for a small startup called Smashing Graphics Game Studios. Beforehand, I was a frontman / composer / audio engineer for a group called Kudu Stooge for 5 years. During that time I worked on music and sound for a number of student films and games. 

I graduated from the University of Vermont with a bachelor's in both biology and music technology and business in 2017.
