Katherine Toscano

With 9 years of experience in the Human Resource industry, I have developed skills such as recognizing viable candidates to suit a variety of positions. Most recently was a recruiter  at Express Employment Professionals for a yearn and a half where I learned the fast-paced environment of immediate job placement for candidates. Previously, I directed my own program after-school program at St. Finbar School for 8 years, where I initially recruited for my program staff and then progressed into staffing for the school. Throughout the years, I have also developed into a hardworking, ethical employee, paying close attention to details, and working in challenging environments. I look forward to the opportunity to advance even further in my career while living up to the potential that would very well benefit any corporation such as yours. 

I attended Los Angeles Valley College with an associate degree in Psychology. I have the self-motivation and determination to learn new things. During the pandemic, I took the time to expand my knowledge by completing the Human Resource and Management Academy at LAVC.
