I started in customer service and sales before finding my calling in fitness leadership. Over the years, I’ve learned how to build teams, create systems that actually work, and turn struggling departments into high-performing ones. At the YMCA, I helped grow PT revenue by 330%, launched a sales training curriculum, and built a culture of accountability and growth.
