I'm Hugh, A British/Scottish. I have a strong knowledge in world cuisine. 

I have been a Chef for around 31 years 

I mostly love hotel work, but I love restaurants, soccer stadiums, private chef work. I just love to cook, create, and train staff.

I'm available ASAP

And I'm a US citizen. 

I've been living in the USA since 2016

I would consider locations I can drive too. And I'm open to live in positions too.

I've worked in 5- and 4-star hotels, 3 rosette, and Michelin restaurants, Soccer stadiums, such as Manchester United, Liverpool, Celtic, cooked once for the Queen of England, competition winner, a former US president, been in a cooking Magazine, made food for KTLA News, I'm hands on. I love to cook. I have world cuisine knowledge. I've achieved a lot. But I'm grounded with my friendliness, and a drive to please my bosses and customers. 

I went to the Lanarkshire Catering School. I also did a 2-year apprenticeship in a 5-star hotel
