I love educating patients on how to get healthy and stay healthy through good nutrition, exercise, meditation, and restful sleep. Prevention is the key!!

Experience

I did my internal medical residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. During my year as Chief Medical Resident I wrote a Nutritional Manual for my fellow medical residents and attending physicians after doing a mini-fellowship in Nutrition at The New York Academy of Medicine. Being very interested in preventing chronic illnesses and helping patients be their best selves I completed a Fellowship in Integrative Medicine through Dr Andrew Weil's Program at The University of Arizona, got certified in Integrative Nutrition and Wellness at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC and got certified in yoga and meditation.

Education

My education and passion for integrative, preventive and wellness helps provide my patients with many options to stay healthy.
