As a lash business owner, I Started off taking courses to grow my love for the art and become a professional. I then got certified and started to learn more about the industry. I would be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including client consultations, lash application, and aftercare. You always need to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the industry to offer high-quality services. Marketing my business through social media and content is crucial to attract and retain clients. The most important of all is Building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service . This will help in growing business and establishing a loyal customer base.

I started As a waitress and server. I would work for a catering company and waitress and bartending.  the primary responsibilities include taking orders from customers, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. I would need to be familiar with the menu or what style of serving we would be doing that day to answer any questions and make recommendations. Handling transactions, managing multiple tables, and working efficiently under pressure are key aspects of the job. Providing excellent customer service, addressing any issues promptly, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment are essential to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Additionally, collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members is crucial to provide a seamless service.
