Harriet Williams

Dr. Williams is a human resources professional, executive coach, organizational
consultant and group facilitator with over 17 years of experience enhancing the
performance of individual executives, teams and organizations with a specific
expertise in higher education and the non-profit sector. She is a systems thinker
with a passion for creating engaged workplaces and helping others recognize and
achieve their own potential.

Harriet received her B.A. in English and her Master’s degree in Liberal Studies from
Stony Brook University in New York. She completed her Doctorate of Education in
the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies program at the University of Vermont. In 2018, Harriet became a SHRM certified Human Resources professional and became a certified Gallup Strengths Coach in 2022.

I am an experienced human-resources manager with experience designing policy and organizational practices. I am skilled in working with managers and leaders, and helping them effect long-lasting organizational climate changes.

I have a Doctoral degree in Educational leadership. I am a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and I am a SHRM-CP certified human resources professional.
