Obtaining GSA/FSS, ECAT, SAC and MSPV federal government contracts; preparing and managing all post-award modifications for product additions, deletions, price increases, price decreases and administrative changes; ensuring company compliance and adherence to government terms and conditions; verifying and maintaining an accurate Commercial Sales Practices Chart, writing the annual Small Business Subcontracting Plan and filing the annual Summary Subcontract Report (SSR); determining customer status as large or small on the basis of NAICs standards; determination of GSA, FSS and SAC contract sales for the payment remittance of the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF); writing the FSS Pricelist; registering the company in Systems for Award Management (SAM.gov); managing VA consignments contracts; working directly with the OIG on an audit with regard to an Option to Extend the Term another five years; preparing and uploading the template for SIP in accordance to maintaining a current catalog on GSA Advantage; reading government-issued Mass Modifications and presenting contracting changes to Legal; coordination OCONUS delivery from US shipping facilities; preparing the company’s annual commercial price list and price lists for each of the commercial customer segments; and maintaining pricing structure of various customer segments and ensuring the tracking ratio is maintained and adherence to all pricing structure in order to avoid issues with respect to the price reduction clause; presentation and management of all university grants; and reading, editing and completing contracts and various documents for hospital and university contracts and registrations. Considering part-time or flexible full- time permanent employment or temporary consulting in the management of Federal Government contracts.
Experience
I have 23 years of government contracting experience. My objective is to provide government contracting solutions associated with FSS/GSA, ECAT, SAC, MSPV government contracts. My area of expertise is FSS Contracts for Medical Devices, Equipment and Supplies schedules and Information Technology schedules. Skilled in computer applications for Schedules Input Program (SIP), SAP, Salesforce, Excel, Windows, Powerpoint and Acrobat. Very proficient with the use of the Excel VLookup feature for the manipulation of product data necessary in the management of large government contracts and sales tracking/reporting.
