CalSec Protective Services - Armed Security Operations Manager

● Managed 5 different client sites to ensure safety of the clients and guards

● Trained guards on customer service, safety protocols, and company standards

● Conducted site checks to ensure guard professionalism, uniform standards, ensure  permits are up to date, and to consult with clients about possible security opportunities within the location.

● Created post orders for each location to ensure universal standards and expectations for each site

● In charge of all payroll and scheduling to ensure all locations are staffed 24/7 and guards are paid on time

● In charge of maintaining client-contractor relationships to ensure renewal of contracts and a healthy partnership.

January 2017 - February 2020

Nekter Juice Bar, Corporate- Regional Training Manager

● Traveled nationally to conduct new store openings for corporate and franchise locations

● Conducted pre-opening and post-opening conference calls with the franchisees to discuss construction permitting, pre-training preparation, and building a weekly plan to ensure training and store opening success.

● Helped build the new online digital training program by creating in-field training videos and content to ensure franchisees and corporate managers success for audits and brand standards.

● When not traveling - would work with the district managers to ensure brand standards were being met and developed  the top performing restaurant managers in the district  into becoming training stores for future franchisees.

● Conducted monthly audits on the corporate training locations to ensure new franchisee training success

● Held classroom training sessions for new Franchisees to discuss their business agreements, legalities of Corporate-Franchisee relations, construction processes, and how to run highly profitable stores.
