Description
We are a well-regarded flood restoration company based in North County San Diego seeking a LEAD RESTORATION TECHNICIAN to assist clients dealing with water and flood damage. In this role, you will engage directly with customers and lead a team of technicians to address their flood and mold issues.
Our family-run business provides 24/7 emergency services every day of the year in North County San Diego. As the team leader, your duties will include assessing damages, salvaging items, overseeing water/sewage/debris removal, and initiating the repair process. Moreover, you will handle customer contracts, drawing on your expertise in water damage and structural drying techniques, and aid them with their insurance claims.

DUTIES:
PAY AND BENEFITS: $21 - $24 per hour (DOE) with Health/Dental/Vision coverage and Paid Time Off after six months. Bonuses available for after-hours/weekend customer calls.
